The color has a red tint to it, not a pure brown. But otherwise it’s perfect. I love that it was big enough for our boy and his favorite stuffed animal of 15 years (which is now a rag) I like that we were able to put in photos and letters to him. And finally I like that I can open it and access the photos and his rag when I feel I need to. We put it on the shelf where we kept his treats, leash and sweaters. I miss him dearly, but I love the photo urn and seeing his paw print and his tag.

I am very pleased with this box I ordered when I found out my dog had cancer. It came with a silk bag, clay for a paw print, and a nice small photo album to put pictures in. There is also a hanger for her tag, I have chosen to place 2 pictures in the front of the box because she took an unexpected turn before I received the box and I was unable to get a paw print before she was taken for cremation. she was diagnosed Friday and we had to put her down Monday, there was just no time. I am very pleased with being able to put 2 pictures in front instead, and this is a nicely constructed box. We have yet to receive her ashes, but I feel like there will be enough room for everything inside, and I hope for a favorite toy, also. She was 90 pounds when she passed, I will update if there are any issues.
Edit to update, she came home in a wooden “urn” that fit perfectly inside this box. I am still pleased with my purchase. I placed her beautiful box down inside this one, there was not room left for a toy, but I was able to leave the picture album in there. I did not need the silk bag as she came home in a pretty wooden box. I wasn’t able to use to clay paw print because she passed before the box arrived, but my vet tech provided me with a plaster cast afterwards. We have the best veterinary team ❤️. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. Thank you so much!!

It is a great urn and keepsake box! It was missing the double sided tape to put the paw print and photo and white frame together. I had to improvise with what I had at home. I did not use the clay that came with the kit, the cremation company did a clay print for me, so I cannot comment on the quality of the clay. The box seems durable. My dog was a Yorkie, so we have a small amount of ashes. The box is good sized so I was able to put a few toys and sympathy cards in it. Overall- I would buy again.

This box is perfect. I love the two front frames for a picture and paw print mold. The box opens at the top and has an abundance of space inside for all the sentimental items I had to keep.
